花生芽栽培方法
花生芽是一种食疗食品,它不但能生吃,而且营养特别丰富,花生芽的能量,蛋白质和粗脂肪含量居各种蔬菜之首,并富含维生素,钾,钙,鉄,锌等矿物质及人体所需各种氨基酸和微量元素,被誉为“万寿果芽”也叫“长寿芽”我根据多次栽培花生芽总结如下步骤:
1,生产用具:打好孔的朔料盆一个作发芽容器。布袋或编织袋一个催芽用。纱布或纱窗网一小块垫盆底防沙漏出。泡沫箱一个保温保湿遮光。黄沙或基质20斤,多少按种植而定。经日光消毒可反复使用。

2,选种:剥了壳的花生保质期只有2到4个月,而带壳的花生保质期长达一年,在市场买的花生米应先试种催芽。将花生米中破烂霉变种挑出,米大小以中等为好。

3,浸种:50度温水泡2分钟消毒和打破休眠,再用冷水泡6到8小时,中途冲洗一次。

4,催芽:浸种洗净装布代或编织袋中,每天淋水3到5次,气温30度左右24小时可出芽。

5,装盆:将黄沙日晒消毒,加水调湿40%即手握成团松手即散。塑料盆舖纱布,将调好湿度的沙舖纱布上厚约1到2厘米刮平,沙越厚芽根会越长。

6,下种:花生芽最适生长温度20到35度。将花生芽尖朝下均匀插播在沙中,盖湿沙15到20厘米。并将盆放泡沫箱中,盖上盖,泡沫箱扎2个**通气。

7,管理:开始2天不用浇水,以后常检查发现沙发白表明干可适量喷水。太干芽会细弱,太湿会烂芽。

8,收获:气温30度以上6到8天长成,盆面沙子升高并发生龟裂说明芽已成熟,用手伸进拔一根查看,长约12到15厘米子芽微张开可以收获,扒开上层沙子将花生芽一一拔出,用水冲洗

9,花生芽的食用:花生芽茎杆洁白香甜脆嫩,味道鲜美,可同多种肉类配炒,也可凉拌,火锅等。我建议:花生芽除剪根外,花生豆瓣也不要,因为豆瓣太硬不能与茎杆同步成熟。
