David Austin’s stunning new rose ‘Keira’ with its natural charm and highly desirable, vintage-style blooms is the ideal choice for bouquets for the home or to celebrate all kinds of special occasi**.

‘Keira’ breaks all the normal rules for a the cut flower. The colour of each rose is very subtly different, being a beautiful blend of blush pink and cream, often with warm peachy highlights. Some blooms have an irregular flush of pink that highlights the edge of the outer petals, creating a very soft picotee effect.

The flowers are beautiful at all stages: small, plump buds develop into glorious, rounded young blooms, which finally form spectacular cupped rosettes, each with around 100 petals. The edges of the outer petals have a lightly waved effect. There is a medium-strong rose fragrance.

This rose, perhaps more than any other, looks like it has been freshly cut from the garden. It can be used alone in gift bouquets but perhaps works best when combined with seasonal flowers, herbs and foliage for a romantic, garden-inspired look.

Patience (Auspastor) is a delightful buttermilk rose with ruffled petals, reminiscent of fine lace.

Patience has a charming old rose fragrance with elements of fruit, lilac and myrrh. The fragrance is initially fairly strong, but tends to fade as the bloom ages.

The creamy-yellow buds gradually open out fully to form perfect, flat medium-sized frilled rosettes.

Miranda Luxury Cut Roses

Miranda (Ausimmon) is part of the second generation of David Austin's Cut Flowers. This rose is remarkable for the giant blooms made up of many wavy petals, perfectly arranged to form beautiful, almost flat rosettes.

When fully open, the heart of the rose is a pure rose pink while the outer petals turn back slightly and pale to the softest shades of pink. The outer petals of the huge buds have a lovely streaked green effect, which adds to the garden style, creating a look reminiscent of a parrot tulip. The outer petals become gradually hidden as the bloom opens.

Miranda has a delicate fragrance. This outstanding rose is used in many of our most popular mixed bouquets.

Emily Luxury Cut Rose

Introducing Emily (Ausglade), a glorious, deep pink cut rose with a wonderful fragrance.

Emily's large, pure rose pink blooms have many folded petals arranged in a traditional old rose quartered style.

The fragrance begins as the classic English myrrh, later developing aspects of heliotrope, vanilla and fruit.

As the bloom opens, the backs of the outer petals begin to develop hints of lilac, creating an utterly entrancing effect.

Emily's large, fragrant multi-petalled blooms are very much in the tradition of the English Garden Roses.

Introducing our enchanting variety Darcey

Darcey, gradually opens to reveal all the many petals hidden within the bud. The rose continues to open out fully until a beautiful cluster of golden s**ens can be seen in the heart of the rose.

The colour of this intriguing rose is also transformed as it ages. Darcey is brightest crimson in the bud, opening to a raspberry red colour, then finally developing rich purple tones as the bloom ages.

There is a very light fruity tea scent. The attractive matt green foliage is very characteristic of old roses.

Darcey's sumptuous red blooms are a superb choice for romantic occasi** such as weddings, anniversaries and Valentine's Day.

To enjoy Darcey at its best, take care to provide plenty of fresh, clean water as this is a particularly thirsty rose. Darcey has our longest vase life to date and will last for seven days. To ensure the longest vase life, you might like to cut half an inch from the stems on alternate days or if you notice that a flower is no longer taking up water. Refresh the water and clean the vase if it becomes cloudy. You must never mist David Austin cut roses.

If you can't bear to part with your exclusive bouquet, Darcey dries beautifully if the flowers are hung upside down to air in a dark, dry place before the blooms have fully opened. Leave for about two or three weeks until they are completely dried. The dried roses will be a sensational dark purple colour.

Rosalind Luxury Cut Rose

Rosalind (Austew) is one of the second generation of David Austin's Cut Flowers and is remarkable for the gorgeous fruity fragrance.

The small blush-pink buds open slowly into beautiful, peony-like blooms. They have a very natural and delicate appearance.

The blooms are very full, packed with around 160 petals, neatly arranged around a large button eye, very like old garden roses. Rosalind's soft pink tones works well in most colour themes.

Rosalind is available in limited quantities in mixed bouquets. Choose this rose for the intense and beautiful fragrance and the delicate beauty of the many-petalled blooms.
